I searched everywhere for a wooden picnic table for my little boy who is only 18 months and couldn't find one till I found this one. I just LOVE it and so does he! It went together in about 5 min. and everything lined up so well on it. It was worth every cent spent on it!

I have this four stars because although it is not perfect it was sooo much cheaper than every other option. It is pretty small but that is what I wanted. My son is 18 months old and it is a good size for him. I think it would be a good size for kids up to 3 years old. It is not super easy to put together ( You will need to use a power drill for some parts).

I bought this table for my 19 month old grandson. The size is perfect for him and will continue to work for several more years. He loves having his own place to eat lunch outside. It is lightweight enough for me to move it inside or outside easily. It was fairly easy to assemble and the pre-drilled holes fit well.
The size is rather small, it would be crowded with 4 children but works well for two. I was disappointed in the quality of the wood and the finish. The natural finish looked beautiful at first, but the varnish showed signs of wearing off right away and there was some cracking in the wood. (I live in the southwest and we do have harsh sunshine.) I sanded it lightly and sprayed it with several coats of forest green satin spray paint. It looks great and should hold up well. For the price, I think it was a good purchase.
Cute but not an everyday use item

I wanted to get my kiddo a picnic table for our backyard so he'd have a place to eat and play. I wanted a wooden one because all the plastic ones seemed cheap and not aesthetically pleasing.

This took about an hour to put together. Lots of small screws and bolts and some hammering. My husband is an engineer so I know he wasn't having technical difficulties - I find it hard to believe that this would take 5 minutes to put together.

One of the bolts for connection between a leg and the bench seems really short - it's popped out a couple of times, we'll need to find a new screw and bolt to hold this together. This is a concern for safety. I'm not amused. Once it's fixed, it's fine.

Other than that - this is great for parties or the occasional use. We did get a lot of complements on it. This wood can be stained/painted. It is very lightweight and can comfortably fit 3 - 4 toddlers (my son is 21 months).
ok for light use

Product made of light wood, not too sturdy. For very small children only. Looks nice. Mine arrived without the hardware and instructions. Contacted Amazon and they offered a 25% refund or a replacement if I mailed it back. I did not want to repackage it all; I accepted the refund and purchased bolts at the hardware store. A few of the pieces didn't fit too well but a drill took care of that.
Overall it may be a bit overpriced, but I couldn't find another wooden picnic table that size; at least the wood pieces were already cut and stained and that saves a lot of work rather than building one yourself.
